Description

These earrings are made with datolite, a borosilicate mineral. It usually comes in the form of crystals, and the only place in the world where datolite forms in porcelain, cauliflower-like solid nodules is the copper ore regions of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The most common datolite color is white, but it can occur in a range of pastel colors influenced by metals.
